People's Choice Award 2023
Congratulations to Auckland artist Anita Madhav winner of The Lawson's Dry Hills Award Auckland 2023! Anita's work "A Peony Symphony" was voted in as people's choice.
The top ten selling artists from last year's 2022 show will present us with a statement work for our Auckland award wall! These "top ten" works will then be up for voting during our opening night and show days. The winning work/artist is voted in by The Auckland Art Show audience, friends and supporters. The winner will be announced Sunday afternoon at the end of the show.

To be eligible for this award you must be a selected artist in The Auckland Art Show.

The Kekleberry CELEBRITY Choice AWARD
Congratulations to winning artist Dalene Meiring! Simone's celebrity choice 2023!
We are excited to have Simone Anderson as our celebrity judge! Simone will pick her favourite panel artist on opening night! The winning artist will receive an artist 5 panel pack for the 2022 Auckland Art Show valued at $1,518.00. To be eligible for this award entrants must be at the show on opening night and be selected for The Auckland Art Show 2021 as an Artist Panel Pack entrant. The winning artist will be announced on opening night. Their work will be selected by the celebrity judge from among the other Artist Panel Packs exhibited.

Liquitex NZ sponsorship art award
Congratulations to Yana Meech!
Liquitex Award Winner 2023.
The Liquitex NZ sponsorship art award is for an acrylic artist at the Auckland Art Show who has inspired with their use of colour and technique. The recipient will be selected by Liquitex NZ and will receive Liquitex art materials to the value of $500 plus a three-panel pack for the 2023 show. The total prize is worth $1276. The award will be presented on the final show day at 5.00pm.

WINSOR & NEWTON NZ sponsorship art award
Congratulations to winning artist Tatyana Kulida!
The Winsor & Newton NZ sponsorship art award is for an artist at the Auckland Art who is dedicated to the craft of fine art and good practice whilst finding new ways to explore their creativity. The recipient will be selected by Winsor & Newton NZ and will receive W&N art materials to the value of $500 plus a three -panel pack for the 2023 show. The total prize is worth $1276. The award will be presented on the final show day at 5.00pm.
